Jaydeep has been involved in a wide range of technologies throughout his professional career. As a web developer and data manager, he has the expertise to manage bigger data sets.

He founded QDev in 2021 (IT Solutions). As a company, QDev has grown exponentially and now manages Java, .Net, and databases. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing video games on his laptop, as well as on mobile devices, and traveling.

He was born in Porbandar. He has completed his Computer Science Engineering at Gujarat University from 2011 to 2015. After graduating, he started his journey as Java Developer.

He works with our team to create the most efficient and effective processes for our clients. In his current role as the Chief Technology Officer, He works closely with all of the company's departments, and project management and He is passionate about client relationship management.

His near future goal is to enhance the value of the CTO membership and expand the CTO’s membership base.

He completed his graduation in 2016 and parallelly he started his IT career with Microsoft technologies like .Net MVC, .Net Core as well as Azure development. Also, He become Microsoft Certified developer in his career. 

Basically, He is from Ahmedabad, GJ. After 6+ years of working as an employee, he is a part of QDev Technolab and start his journey as CEO of QDev Technolab.
He has expertise in .Net MVC, .Net Core, Azure cloud platform, SQL Server, and NoSQL server. Basically, his motto is to deliver quality work. "When quality meets excellence, it will give us innovation as output."

1.5 Year as HR Executive in another company

She has completed her B.Sc. with chemistry from Monark University-Ahmedabad in 2019 to 2021.
Aanchal is from Maharashtra but due to some reasons she shifted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and started her journey to fulfill the dreams.

As HR, she meets organizational demands with well qualified employees and help support the organization. She communicate between senior management and employees, engaging existing staff and welcoming new employees to the company culture. She manage payroll and compensation. Updating databases internally, preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.

He is currently pursuing graduation in BBA from Dr. B R Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad from 2022–2025.

He is  from Ahmedabad and also lives in Ahmedabad & he started his career from HR position.

Now, as HR, he has approx. 1 year of experience handling recruitment, resume screening, phone and face to face interview coordination, scheduling meetings, sources and hiring many candidates during the current role.

His long term goal is to reach the reputable position as HR & as well as short term goal is to enhance his skills and abilities in HR and will do more work on communication.

She was born and raised in Palanpur, Gujarat. She completed her Post graduation from GTU in 2019.
Shivani joined us in April 2022. She holds a good knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Angular Spring Boot Admin, JPA/Hibernate, Mybatis, Rest Microservices, Spring ZK Framework, JSTL

Her near future goal is to grow and succeed in an environment of growth and excellence while utilizing her technical and developing skills in an organization that accentuates her self-development and job satisfaction, helping her to achieve personal as well as organizational goals.

2.6 years as Software Test Engineer in another company

He completed his post-graduation from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in between 2017-2019. Although, He was from Pune and moved to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

He decided to build his career as a professional QA tester because it is rewarding in terms of self-satisfaction when an application works as it is supposed to and how the client desires it to. He counts himself as an essential part when it comes to building a better product. He finds his work makes a measurable difference in QDEV Technolab’s goals, objectives, and bottom lines. In fact, He sees his impact every day on the job.

He is an expert QA with 2.8 years of experience in Automation and Manual testing. His competency lies in complete end-to-end quality assurance management of a project. His objective is to work and satisfy our clients by providing them with high-quality work. Referring to his technical skills in test plan preparation, test case writing, and execution, He is able to perform GUI, Usability, Regression, Smoke, Black-box, Cross Browser, Functional, and Compatibility Testing. In automation testing, He uses Selenium WebDriver with Java programming language.

Cheers to fewer bugs and a more enjoyable time while using applications tested by him!

He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His hometown is Pune. He search to find a professional company has led him to Ahmedabad. While obtaining his degree, He noticed his skills for attention to detail, and the ability to take many moving parts and fit them into a comprehensive picture or flow. Then he realized that he could make good use of this skill to build his career as a professional tester. Govinda joined Qdev Technolab in the role of a Jr. QA in July 2022.
The company has taught and guided him to sharpen his skills to become a well-thought-out tester with exciting and innovative projects, he has expertise in finding the problems that could cause a bad user experience and advocating his analytical skills toward the growth of his career.

He was born and brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has done graduation with BE in Computer Engineering from G.E.C.(Government Engineering College) Gandhinagar. 
He has a total 2+ Years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer. He joined us in March 2022. After 2 companies and 1+ year of experience, He has joined QDev Technolab as Full Stack Developer.

When Rohan was in his college, he decided to start his career in Java. He has learned more about Java, Database, and frontend technologies. Nowadays, He has knowledge of Java(Java 7, 8, and 11), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Python, Dotnet, Liferay, Spring ZK framework, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JS, and JQuery.
His short-term goal is to start learning AI-ML, Frontend technologies like Angular or React JS.

He was born and brought up in Gondal. He has completed my graduation with BCA from Atmiya University, Rajkot. He has a total of 2.5+ years of experience as a Full stack .Net developer, he joined QDev Technolab in November 2022 after 2 companies and 2.5 years of experience as a full stack developer.

When he was in college he was interested in c#, and .Net and even he completed graduation projects in .net.
Soham has strong knowledge of MySQL, c#, Asp.net, .Net framework, .Net core, Microservice, Web API, ORM, LINQ, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.

His short term goal to be great software architecture designer & to be full-fledge Web-developer.

He was brought up in Ahmadabad. He completed his graduation in information technology from K.J. Institute of Technology, Savali between 2019 and 2022. In between his graduation, he worked and gained experience as an Android application developer by working part-time in the same city. Pranav is enthusiastic about learning new stuff related to different technologies, and it helps him to take his passion for solving new problems to new heights each time. It's the very thing that drew him to the side of web application development from Android Application Development.

Pranav joined Qdev Technolab as an intern during his final year of graduation. Currently, he holds the title of full-stack developer in Java with Angular. Also, he has a good understanding of Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Postgre, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JS. 
His short-term goal is to achieve the highest level of problem-solving skills, sharpen his ability to lead and manage teams in various technologies, and provide clients with an exceptional experience with quality, on the other hand.

Basically, he is from Rajkot, Gujarat. He pursued his graduation from 2018 to 2021 from ATMIYA University in Rajkot, Gujarat, where he received a B.Sc. in Information Technology with Java emphasis. Jayesh received a job offer which led him to Ahmedabad to live his dream of being a software developer and working as one professionally. He joined QDev Technolab in 2022.

Jayesh is an individual with a keen interest in software programs, good interpersonal and analytical skills, and uses technical knowledge to cater to the needs of the company. His problem-solving skills have encouraged him to build his career in this industry with proper knowledge and understanding of how software/web applications work. He has honed his leadership qualities over time and he can manage the work as well as manage the team with spot-on planning and accuracy to build an effective and positive experience for the client he works with. He has experience in software design and development and high-end coding, which He has implemented in innovative software solutions as per clients’ specifications.

Born and raised in Ahmedabad City, Dineshnath has always been on top of the game when it comes to understanding the technical workings of web applications and delivering smartly thought out solutions to any problem under pressure, He completed his post graduation from RB Patel Institute in Hirawadi, Ahmedabad from 2020 to 2022, where he obtained his degree of Master of Computer Applications. Apart from that, he has also polished up his Java and Web development skills to be counted among the certified trained individuals and joined us in 2022.

Having good R&D skills, he found and set the Java ecosystem as his starting point in his career to dive into enterprise web applications. He currently holds an understanding of the following technologies: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, MySQL, ZK, HTML, CSS, JS, and JQuery.

His short-term goal is to make himself compatible to work with any technology his career offers and become a result-oriented developer and give clients the best of the best suggestions to make their application fly high in every aspect. He believes before software can be reusable, it first has to be usable.

He has been working as a Full Stack Java Developer at Qdev Technolab since last year. Vishal completed his BSC (CA & IT) degree from 2018 to 2021 at the K.S. School of Business Management.
Basically, He is from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a developer, he just needs to say that real programmers don't comment on their code.
Vishal says: If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand. He has programming knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, ZK, MySQL, JS, and Jquery.

He completed his B.E(Computer Engineering) between 2019 to 2022 from G.E.C Modasa. He started his further journey with QDev Technolab. He was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He completed his Diploma(Computer Engineering) between 2016 to 2019 from Government polytechnic Ambavadi, Ahmedabad.

As of now, He can work with multiple technologies such as Java 8 & 11, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS, and JQuery.
Shivang gained knowledge from our team members and a lot of things learned. He would like to enhance his technical and soft skills by taking up challenging assignments and expanding his knowledge.

He completed his B.Sc in Electronics from V.P. & R.P.T.P. Science College,Vallabh Vidhya Nagar in 2017 to 2020. Before joining QDev Technolab he has completed his training for Java development at Tops Technologies-Surat. He has been working with us since last 8 months.

He was born in Surat, Gujarat. He completed his basic education in Surat and moved to Rajkot for higher education and then went to Vallabh Vidhya Nagar to pursue graduation.

Neel designs and develops Java-based web applications and software. He can work with multiple technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and MySQL, and he also has knowledge of C, C++, HTML, CSS, and JS.

He was born in Ahmedabad but raised in Khambhat,Gujarat. Nirav completed his B.E(Computer Engineering) between 2016 to 2020 from Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology. He started his further journey with QDev Technolab. He has been working with QDev Technolab for last 3 months. He completed his basic education in khambhat and then shifted to Ahmedabad to pursue graduation.
As of now, Nirav can work with multiple technologies such as .Net MVC,.NET Core SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, and JQuery.

He completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Balaji Engineering College, Junagadh from 2015 to 2018.

Before joining QDev Technolab, he completed his training for Java development at Tops Technologies-Ahmedabad. He has been working with QDev Technolab for the last 6 months. 
He was born in Gondal, Gujarat. He completed his basic education in Gondal and then went to Junagadh to pursue graduation. He shifted to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and started his journey. He designs and develops Java-based web applications and software. 
Bhautik can work with multiple technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and MySQL, and he also has knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
